Best Muslim Wedding Messages

meeting request

For information, the verbatim copy of the email we just sent to Florence Massol, with a copy to Denis Baupin, Acting for the Environment and Priartém.

Madam,

Acting on behalf of a group of residents of Orange mobile site located between the streets and Pixérécourt Olivier Metra, we address you, as Assistant Counsel to the environment, so ask you to hold an urgent special meeting of consultation between stakeholders (residents, operators, elected officials, technical services, associations), to resolve this issue.

The provision aberrant antennas in the middle of a group of buildings makes us suffer for years from excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields and this has become intolerable nuisance to a growing number of residents.

For at least two years (to our knowledge), the level of exposure was officially measured at values that exceed the commitment that operators have signed with the city under the Charter of Paris:

- Measurement 28/06/2006 (ref. ANFR 8682): 6.4 V / m

- Measurement 18/08/2006 (ref. ANFR 9132): 11.1 V / m

- Measurement of 31/10/2006 (ref. ANFR 10,782): 7.2 V / m

- Measurement of 20/06/2007 (ref. ANFR 11,386): 9.3 V / m

- Measurement of 20/06/2007 (ref. ANFR 11,387): 10.1 V / m

- Measure from 20/06 / 2007 (Ref. ANFR 11388): 7.2 V / m

- Measurement 15/06/2007 (ref. ANFR 11,386): 3.9 V / m

- Measurement 28/12/2007 (ref. ANFR 11,386): 12.2 V / m

These overruns duly recognized by three independent firms of Chartered measure should have led to the dismantling of the site, dismantling which was also formally requested by the mayor of the twentieth to the consultation meeting No. 22 of June 22, 2007 (during which it was stressed que la station de base en question se situe en face d’une crèche).

Daniel Oberhausen, physicist, recognized expert in court, accompanied the reporter to assess how the situation of an apartment on 30 Street and Pixérécourt comment. Transcript of Interview: Daniel

Oberhausen

" ... This is one of those apartments where the situation is absolutely critical, since accredited laboratories, by measuring the values of exposure in this apartment found 10 V / m, which is worth quite excessive and dangerous. "

Question of the journalist Cecilia Michard:

" is comparable to what? "

Response Daniel Oberhausen

"Well say that people who are permanently, 24/24, in a place like this in the main lobe of an antenna of mobile telephones, are chronically exposed to identical from one person to call would be virtually non-stop with a cell phone. "

I do not need to draw your attention to the importance of this opinion, from a person competent in this area, and confirms what we've been saying.

So if

1) the relationship between wave exposure from mobile phones and the advent of brain cancer is now recognized (and 1h of usage per month , definition of "heavy user" in the Interphone study! )
and 2) Orange forces us, against our will, to undergo radiation comparable 24/24 ,

So it can reasonably estimate that the operator knowingly perpetrating, for reasons of economy, criminal act against some residents of his antennae.

We will require a consultation meeting quick to try one last time to get through administrative ( "our" elected ...) the dismantling of this site absurd, but the option of a lawsuit with request for damages seems more sensible.

You can read the case of Maria-Orange (on the website of Next-Up): in 1999 a local resident discovered an antenna at 3 meters from its terrace and Sues, lost in the first instance in 2002 and won appeal in 2004, with € 74 000 in damages paid jointly by Orange and the condominium association of the location of the base station (with the intervention of a bailiff still ...) this year. See here the correspondence between Mr. Mariais and Next-Up, which summarizes the case.

PS: I tried to respond directly to email addresses that some people have left their comments, but the messages I have returned. Thank you to thoroughly check it contains no errors!
