Ok, one last FYI, in passing annoyed not to see published on Cartoradio measures from December 28 to 30 rue Pixérécourt (that we know beyond the scope of the Charter of Paris), I call ANFR . 2) "an exception is made when the measurement result exceeds the requirements of the Protocol V.2.1 ANFR and in this case it is passed as quickly as possible (several days)."
... And they announce how the report will be sent "early March 2008."
(As a reminder, the limits are the famous ANFR 41.58 and 61 V / m, which are so absurd that they are never achieved)
It is becoming increasingly clear that today, pressure increases on measures themselves, which become a central strategic issue. Locally, it is very easy to minimize (in violation of the procedure, of course, but unverifiable, unless they have themselves an isotropic probe) by the precise choice of measurement point (it is played few tens of centimeters). The most "sensitive to this pressure" are managers and technicians of the Department of Urban Ecology (aptly misnamed ...) of the City of Paris, who spend their time reassuring given! Good old habits ... Fortunately they are not authorized Cofrac!
